Mitt drömbord kom igår, min födelsedagspresent. Nu väntar vi bara på glasskivan. Har nog aldrig blivit så besatt av något för hemmet som det här Paolo Piva-bordet. Så himla taggad på det! Det har fått sätta grunden för resten av vardagsrummet. Vi har hittat en soffa jag tror vi ska köpa, med nätta ben som går i linje med bordet. Kommer bli så sjukt fint. Första möbeln som anlänt och det börjar kännas lite mer verkligt. Vi har även tagit emot tvättmaskin och tumlare och det mesta till badrummen. Det är sån dröm att få fixa en lägenhet från noll men SJUKT mycket att tänka på, haha!
My dream table came yesterday, my birthday present. Now we are just waiting for the glass plate. Have never been so obsessed with something for the home like this Paolo Piva table. So heavily excited on it! It has laid the foundation for the rest of the living room. We have found a couch I think we will buy, with bare legs that align with the table. Will be so fine. The first furniture that arrived and it starts to feel a bit more real. We have also received washing machines and tumblers and most of the bathroom stuff. It’s such a dream to get a flat from scratch but SO much to think about, haha!
Beställde även ugn och häll igår. Hur snygg är den? Kommer bli så fint i köket. Hoppas det kommer hjälpa mig att få energi tillbaka att börja laga mat på daglig basis igen. Just nu beställer vi hem så mycket mat att varje gång min mobil ringer så springer Loki till dörren. Det roliga är att det typ bara är matleveranser som ringer, haha hello telefonskräck 😉 Det är i alla fall sjukt mycket kvar i lägenheten, men det är roligt att det går framåt nu. Allt vi gjort hittills har känts som att vi bara gjort allt mer kaos, men nu börjar lite roligare saker som faktiskt kommer ge synliga resultat.
Vi har också bestämt oss för att sätta in en till kakelugn i matsalen. Det finns rökkanaler i alla rum, och vi kommer aldrig ta tag i att göra det längre fram så vi kände att det var lika bra att köra direkt. Jag älskar kakelugnar så jag tror det kommer bli pricken över i:et.
Also ordered oven and pour yesterday. How nice is it? Will be fine in the kitchen. Hope it will help me get energy back to start cooking on a daily basis again. Right now we order home so much food that every time my phone rings, Loki runs to the door. The fun part is that it’s just food deliveries that calls me, haha hello phone fright 😉 There is a lot left in the apartment, but it is fun that it’s going forward now. Everything we’ve done so far has felt like we’ve only done more chaos, but now things are starting to be more fun things that will actually bring visible results.
We have also decided to put a tiled stove in the dining room. There are smoke channels in all rooms, and we will never do it later so we felt it was good to do it straight away. I love tiled ovens so I think it’s going to be the perfect last thing.

Levereras glasskivan separat eller har ni beställt en ny hos någon glasleverantör?
Vi (min kille haha) har beställt en ny från en glasmästare! =) Men dom finns ibland med glas också.
Seeing this table brings out a huge throwback to my childhood. We had this exact table in the livingroom at my parents house in the 90´s. My mom saw a picture of it in a german magazine called ”Schoener wohnen” and somehowe managed to find someone, who could made it for her from unused metalparts. It was sooo heavy even without the 1cm thick glass plate on it. One day, I was about 5 years old, I saw my favorite singer at the TV and started dancing on the sofa standing by the table, but my private party ended very soon – I fell down from the sofa and smashed the glass plate with my face. I can´t tell, what my mother was feeling more sorry about, her destroyed dream table or her daughter with a scar on her right cheek. 😉 Long story short, the glass plate was replaced and more than 20 years later, I´m looking back only on a memory, not a scar.
Har den ugnen hemma och den är bäst på alla sätt! Så robust fin vacker bra allt är 10/10 så ni kommer nog bli nöjda 🙂 Också det alla kommenterar när de kommer in i köket ”wow! En sån ugn!” Och då är resten av köket också fint 😉 smeg kyl och frys i krämvit står bredvid och passar bra till de vita luckorna. Trodde inte krämvit skulle vara bra till vita luckor men ugnen är emellan så inget man tänker på att de är olika nyanser
