Hej fina! Igår ville jag käka vegetariskt. Har så dålig fantasi när det kommer till vegomat + att jag är så kräsen, gillar sällan bönor och sånt. Har tidigare provat Oumph och igår blev det deras kebab. Alltså det här blev SÅ gott, vegetarisk snabbmat typ! Jag köpte färdiga pitabröd och färdig vit kebabsås. Sen stekte jag rödlök & champinjoner i vitlök och lite chili. La in bröden i ugnen. Efter det sänkte jag plattan och la i aubergine + kebaben och lät det stå några minuter. Till det skivade jag tomat och gurka. Superenkelt och sjukt gott! Vill verkligen äta mer vego nu när vi har tid och ett hem. Har inte så många bra recept på lager så om ni har något ni tror att jag kan gilla uppskattas det 🙂 More greens to the people!
Hello cuties! Yesterday I wanted to eat vegetarian. I have such bad imagination when it comes to vegetarian food + that I’m so picky, rarely like beans and so on. Have previously tried Oumph and yesterday I tried their kebab. So this was SO good, vegetarian fast food! I bought pre done pita bread and white kebab sauce. Then I fried red onions & mushrooms in garlic and some chili. Brought the bread in the oven. After that I lowered the temperature on the frying pan and put in the eggplant + kebab and left it for a few minutes. On the side of that I sliced tomato and cucumber. Super simple and so good! Would really wanna eat more vego now when we have time and a home. Do not have so many good recipes in stock so if you have something you think I like, I appreciate it 🙂 More greens to the people!
